I’m Miraque Hicks — a People Operations and Talent leader with over 13 years of experience building, scaling, and supporting teams across tech, healthcare, education, and beyond. I’ve worked with founders, CEOs, and leadership teams who needed more than “HR” — they needed a thought partner who could see around corners, speak the language of the business, and still center people at every step.
After years of leading in-house HR and Talent functions, I started Miracle Recruiting to give companies access to that level of strategic support without needing to hire a full-time executive. Fractional HR leadership, thoughtful recruiting, and compassionate outplacement are how we help teams grow — and navigate change — with clarity and care.
From implementing HR systems and building global hiring programs, to guiding leaders through restructuring and engagement work, my approach is simple: align People strategy with the business, lead with empathy, and build processes that actually work in real life.
